Family Resource Home Care is a leading provider of home care services. We are headquartered in Liberty Lake, WA and provide services throughout the states of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. We have expanded our presence to the Marion County, AL area by opening a customer service center in Winfield.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be a vital behind-the-scenes force in our mission to improve more lives through enhanced caregiver-client connections. This role involves reviewing caregiver preferred hours, identifying open shifts with clients, and skillfully matching these vacancies with caregivers based on client attributes and preferences. Your efforts will not only ensure optimal client care but also maximize our caregivers’ schedule and income.

Responsibilities

  • Review caregiver preferred hours in our Point-of-Care software.
  • Identify open shifts with clients and strategically match/fill those vacancies based on client attributes and caregiver preferences.
  • Think analytically to optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring maximum coverage and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a business partner between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a cohesive experience for all parties involved.
  • Promptly inform the branch of any changes or client complaints in real time.
  • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our Point-of-Care software.
  • Provide constructive feedback to branch staff regarding caregiver performance, attendance, and client feedback about caregivers.
  • Ensure that all communication and documentation are precise, detailed, thorough, and timely.
  • Field inbound calls as necessary to assist our customer service team

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to patient or employee scheduling, administrative work/data entry, or direct patient care.
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Technical proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and generating reports
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check per agency policy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • Call center or customer experience
  • Computer proficiency

Additional Details

  • Pay rate: $14.00/hr.
  • This is a full-time position and has an alternating schedule between the hours of 7am-7pm CST.
  • The training will take place in person at our office in Winfield. This is an in-person position.
